We offer a 14 Day return period. Items should be returned unused within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund; Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

If your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at info@stylewithswish.co.uk with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.

If you have received an incorrect item, please email us within 14 days to info@stylewithswish.co.uk so we can have this resolved for you.

You must print and complete the returns form enclosed with your order for either a refund or an exchange.

Unless damaged or faulty all returned items must be in a re-sellable and unused condition with all tags intact.

We are unable to offer returns on jewellery, cosmetics, underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Pack your items and include either the returns form in the original packaging (where possible), this allows us to deal with your request in a timely manner.

We advise you to use some form of tracking or proof of postage. Parcels returned via your own method are your responsibility until we receive them.

Return your parcel, and allow 7 working days to receive an email confirmation of the return being received.

Allow 14 working days after you receive the email confirmation for your refund to be processed.

Your refund will go back to your payment method and can take up to 7 days. If you paid for your order with a gift voucher, a new voucher will be sent to your email address.

If you require an exchange you can re-order the item you’re after. We don’t do swaps.
